All orders are processed within same day, or made to order within a reasonable time and day of the order being received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order are shown at check out or advised at time of contact for each State of Australia.

 

The pricing takes into consideration Packaging extra cover for the item, and assurance that it arrives to you in a timely manner.

 

Estimated delivery time pending on Australia Post. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

QLD/NSW 1-2 business days
VIC/ ACT 2-4 business days
SA/ TAS 3-5 business days
WA 5-8 business days
NT 4-8 business days

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please also take photos of the damaged box/es.

 

International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the Australia. Please contact us directly if you live outside of Australia for shipping advice.
