REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing to shop with us online. As all of our hats are exclusive one off designs; racing/event wear hats, or, ‘made to order’ we cannot offer refunds neither can we offer merchandise exchanges because of change of mind. Sale items are also non refundable.

 

We really want your shopping experience to be a positive and happy one, we safeguard you and ourselves by implementing such a policy, as we take into consideration the health aspect of careful hygiene and health practices.

 

We take utmost care to provide an outstanding product that you will love.

 

Each item is meticulously checked prior to packaging and posting to ensure it is in perfect condition. Photographs are taken to record the state and condition of the hat and the packaging. These photos are available to you if you request them.

 

If package and postage is required a postal box suited to the hat is used to transport it with other supporting materials. Additional cover is required to make sure that you as the purchaser are covered by any difficulties in transit, lost item, or damage.
